In Taekwondo, "demo" stands for "demonstration," and refers to a specialized team within a Taekwondo school that performs choreographed routines showcasing advanced techniques like forms (poomsae), board breaking, self-defense moves, and sometimes even acrobatic elements, usually at events to showcase the art of Taekwondo to the public; essentially, a "demo team" is a group of highly skilled practitioners who put on a performance to display the full potential of Taekwondo.
